I had a tree root grow through my pipe and it was backing up the line. Never a fun situation as a homeowner but I'm glad I went with Capital City to get it fixed. When I called other companies it would either go straight to voicemail (and take a while for someone to get back to me) or send me through some weird "AI voice chat" system that was hard to navigate. Jenny at Capital City either answered the phone or got back to me promptly when I called with a question. She is extremely helpful and nice. It is reassuring to have good communication and service when dealing with a repair. Chris the plumber was also very straightforward, knowledgeable and skilled. He fixed everything up and it works great now. Will definitely be calling them again with any plumbing issues.
