Bonnycastle Appliance & TV Has Quality French Door Refrigerators In Louisville

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Walked me through my options and clearly wanted to help. Prices beat costco. Delivery was quick and easy, and the delivery guys were helpful, clean and knowledgeable. We will be back for more appliances! (Bought a fridge)

You guys are awesome!

As return customer just had another amazing experience with the team at Bonnycastle! Needed a new gas cooktop and microwave. Jon Herre was our sales rep. Wonderful and informed. He helped us make the decision that was right to match our existing appliances, and never tried to upsell. We love what we purchased, it looks and works terrific! Installer Lee (Empire Installation) was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also really nice to work with. Highly recommend!

We just bought a Bosch dishwasher from Bonnycastle Appliances. Their price (I worked with Andrew) was $340 LESS than Home Depot and Lowes, for the exact same dishwasher. Also, the installation fee of $235 was less than expected and less than originally quoted. Lee Hamblin was our installer. He was gracious, on time, an obvious EXPERT at his craft, and took the time to explain how to work our new Bosch dishwasher. He even set the new outlet so we could plug in our heat tape for the pipes under our kitchen sink. This is the first time we've used Bonnycastle, and we vehemently agree that we will be back for more appliances. Well done, Bonnycastle and Lee Hamblin!
